Suck On This by the Lemonheads.

Lovely, noisy, feedback-laden bootleg from back in 1993/4. My God I f*cking love this band.

Good album, that, Immortality is one of my favourite songs by them.

I've just downloaded the Lemonheads live at Glastonbury 1993 and it's sounding good thus far. It's a fairly obvious set but the sound quality is excellent. I was actually looking for their brilliant set from Reading 1995 which I recorded off the radio at the time and lost at some point in the intervening fourteen years, but this will do nicely for the time being.

Psychic Potato: Well, I thought I'd drop back. Been away a bit long.
Psychic Potato: Still haven't made it into full paid work. Though I have been working up my local charity shop since October, and recently signed up for an apprenticeship.
Psychic Potato: In a nutshell.
the doc: Or a potato skin
the doc: Good for you, anyway, I worked in a charity shop before I got back into work
the doc: What's the apprenticeship, Kris?
Psychic Potato: Business admin. A lot of the positions I've applied for seek it.
the doc: What you aiming to do?
Psychic Potato: I'm looking for a job in administration, hopefully. Maybe something IT based. Something that won't rot my brain, ideally, but one can dream.
the doc: Best of luck with it, man. Good to see you about anyway - I remember you on Zine and I seem to remember your posts on yhere being hilarious as well, so welcome back
the doc: PAULA
the doc: Check your inbox, dude
the doc: (PMs, I mean)
Psychic Potato: cheers, stu
Joan Jett: thanks
the doc: Check your PMs, Alice
the doc: Well, I'm off to bed anyway
the doc: Take care, kids
Rayanne Graff: Good night. xx
