Megazine Letters. - You! Me! Milkshakes!

You! Me! Milkshakes!

I thought of an idea, but I am really worried it is really silly and it will not work at-all.

Idea...
Fi Hoopiest Frood really wanted to make an alternative Mega-zine in 2004 because WLW cut and edited lots of letters. Click.
We could make a new Megazine, maybe?
We could make it just for the Letters thread for Vegetable Revolution at first, but we could ask Loony to print everything on the Megazne website too, eventually?
Everyone could send lots of new letters to an email address, and I send all the letters to all the WLWs. It is really like all the Christmas Megazines, I think. We could try to make a new Megazine every monday, maybe?

Please does it make sense at-all?
Please does anyone think it is a cool idea at-all?
Also, please does anynoe want to be a WLW? - We could have lots of WLWs, I think.

I hope it is a cool idea.
I am sorry it is pretty silly. :-[

I think Loony already said that if WLW himself isn't involved, there's no point using the Mega-Zine site as it's not a true continuation of 'Zine. He said he'd rather leave the site as an archive. But as for doing something here, I'd be up for it. Although I haven't felt the urge to write letters since 'Zine ended, but perhaps if there was a definite place for them, Paddy Irishman might wake up again.

Although I think it'd be better to have it on a Friday than a Monday. It'd just be easier to get everything together as a lot of people don't be here too much at the weekends.

The only fear I'd have is that it might become a bit repetitive. Even if it was only 5 letters a week, let's face it, it'll be the same 7 or 8 writers in various combinations or collaborations. It might become a bit repetitive.

I'd like to be a WLW-type figure, but I think I agree with Barry, at least about mz.co.uk. But I really wanted a go at the Christmas takeover when I found out about it, and then the doomedness kind of put an end to that dream.

I doubt I'd be any good at it, but I'd give it a go, if I'm allowed.

Sure as the Romans said, "May as well give it a try!"

Of course, they said it in Romanese or whatever

I sent mine yesterday or possibly thursday. I forgot to put my name on it the first time so I had to resend it. So technically I've sent 2 letters

I wouldn't mind being guest WLW type person again; though I'd like to let others do it as well, as other people are rather a lot funnier than me.

I found out yesterday that Satan wears a wig. Keep it to yourself though. He's really touchy about it and if he finds out I told there'll be hell toupee.

You're probably funnier than you think you are.

Rayanne Graff: His name is George. Also, he started Spam.
Rayanne Graff: i spoke to him a couple of times and that was in October of 2009.
the doc: Wow, a proper old head
Rayanne Graff: Yeah, he was the 15th person to join.
satansrubberduck: I didn't directly start Spam. Also the proof of that long since disappeared.
Rayanne Graff: No, it didn't; the Spam spam spam you made in 2002 is on page 105 of the Spam board.
satansrubberduck: Oh. I looked for it years ago and couldn't find it. The colour tags are (thankfully) broken.
satansrubberduck: Odd to think it's been over a decade since I first got involved with 'Zine.
Claire: It's not odd to me since I've just had the exact same conversation with you...
I Cunt Spell: YOU'RE ALL OLD
I Cunt Spell: SO VERY VERY OLD
Captain Stupendo: SRD made an appearence holy moly haven't seen him on here for years
Maeby: JIM!
the doc: Wow, event Starws isn't here tonight
the doc: Straws ^
the doc: *whistles*
the doc: Ah well, off I go as well then
Rayanne Graff: Sorry, Stu; i was busy tidying things. xx
