also, the new futurama that's been made has led people to constantly text me saying stuff like 'I'm watching new futurama 
' and my only response is to say 'I don't really like futurama, why are you telling me?'

Hope is important.
My bestest episodes are Homer goes to Clown College and Homer goes to regular college, and also the Softball episode and Lisa loves Nelson (i am sorry i do not know all the episdoe titles at-all).
I do not like all the really new episodes so much, I think - lots of old episodes were really sweet and emotional, but lots of new episodes are pretty spiteful and mean, I think. I am not sure. Also, nearly all the characters are really exaggerated and simplified - all the characters are stereotypes, I think, but everyone used to be lots deeper and complicated too. - Lots of characters are all their characteristics now. Oh gosh - please does it make sense at-all?

I watched Lemon of Troy last night on DVD when I got home from work. It's rare I laughed out loud at the Simpsons these days, because I've seen them all so many times, but I cracked up when Shelbyville Homer ate the lemon in victory.
Also, loads of great quotes, and a callback to season one with Flanderseses RV.
