I was going to make a pun of E.R. and call this thread V.R., but that'd be too confusing, because VR is already called VR
Basically, this is for health questions and stuff. Obviously, the advice of random people on the internet is no substitute for going to an actual doctor, but still.
I'll start off, with a quite embarrassing one.
Since I started going to the gym and changed my diet, I've had diarrhea twice. Before that, I hadn't had diarrhea in about 10 years. Whats going on? Do I need more fibre in my diet? Fewer eggs? Could it be something else?

Sounds like yer body could be adjusting to the change in diet, but I'd always suggest more fibre. Get on the prune tip, them f*ckers are lovely. Mmmm prunes.

Prunes? Hmmm... any other sources? I have porridge every morning. I've been putting honey on it but is there anything else I could use?

Yeah loads, try dried fruit, like prunes, raisins & sultanas, also try a spoonful of mixed nuts for protein and a different texture. No reason eating healthy has to be boring
Might try the nuts alright. Not sure about the fruit yet. Trying to ease myself into eating fruit again. Haven't properly had fruit in years. Maybe the odd apple, but rarely.
But hey, I've been eating a lot of stuff I never had before, so might try it eventually

Seriously, I feel sick/have stomach ache almost any time I get a headache. And I get a headache when I'm either overtired or haven't been wearing my glasses. So take some paracetamol and go lay down in a dark room and try to rest, it's the best thing to do with a headache.
The feeling sick came first though, the headache is a recent problem. The stomach ache is definitely the most painful aspect as well, I'll be all right in the morning I hope...
I would still recommend lying down for stomach pain and sickness. If it's a burning sensation it could be dehydration in this clammy weather, which could also cause a headache. If not it could just be something you ate or a little bug. I'd again just recommend paracetamol and bed if you're able to stomach the painkillers. With milk if you're worried about it hurting your stomach more, but I've always been OK taking them on an empty stomach.
