Don't believe the hype. United have on average around 300-500 non-renewals per season, so why would that figure decrease so significantly after a disappointing season? Neither me nor my dad have renewed for next season, as it goes. And not because we haven't won anything, before any comedian comes out with that.
I won't stop supporting United, but I'm f*cked if I'm going to fund Glazer's takeover by giving him £500 of my money.
But then it's you who loses out at the end of the day by not getting to see the matches. And of course Man Utd who do need the f*cking money to attempt to get them out of all this debt, of course.
I've supported them since I was a little kid but have never gotten to see them because the season ticket holders take up all the seats. it's really p*ssing me off how so many people are being such d*cks about it. Yes, Glazer's bought the club... but for the moment, it's still got the same manager, and the same players, with the only difference being the owner. It was obvious that the club itself didn't want Glazer to take over but what could they do about it??? Absolutely f*ck all is the answer. He bought the shares... and thats that. Fair enough, it's sh*t that he has, it's f*cked up manchester utd being the richest football club around, but they're still the same club underneath.
